Kurve’s aim is to enable operators to focus on their product and service delivery whilst allowing their digital self-service PoS solution to help them increase revenue, engage with customers, and work smarter.
Experience & Passion
The Kurve team comprises of experienced hospitality tech professionals and passionate people working in development, support and operations. We work with some amazing customers and are leading the way with agile, reliable and proven Android-based tech – or just ‘Self Service PoS’ as we like to call it.
We have our foot hard on the gas when it comes to development to ensure our customers have the tools they need to run their business to achieve maximum results.
The Kurve Team
Steve is a serial entrepreneur and tech addict. Just as satisfied with seeing brilliant software work for our customers as he is building classic cars or clearing the cobwebs sailing on the North Sea.

Alex loves to write code and has done for 25 years! Building the best software for his customers is what drives him. He’s found every other day on a squash court.

James is a passionate technologist who's experience spans Hospitality, Education Catering, Retail & Manufacturing. Enthusiastic about implementing reliable IT system's to improve efficiency, speed and accuracy. In his spare time he enjoys cooking up a storm with his favourite music on.

Hospitality Tech is Steven’s passion, and working with hospitality operators to maximise their potential, as well climbing the odd mountain in the UK or the Alps is what makes him tick.
Steven Rolfe
Starting as a service engineer Carl has worked in the EPoS Industry for over 30 years, exiting in 2016 as Ops Director. He is passionate about delivering the right system for the customer, and being on the golf course during downtime.
Carl Midgley
With over 10 years' experience in marketing, Sarah is passionate about growing Kurve's brand and connecting with customers. In her spare time, she's a keen runner and outdoor adventurer.
Sarah Shergold
Worked in the industry for over 20 years in various areas - Natalie enjoys getting to know customers and personalisng their system. She likes to spend her spare time with her toddler, who occasionally joins her at work.

Kate is fuelled by her passion for creating stunning kiosk designs and considers herself a “forever student” who is never afraid to pursue another challenge.

University of the West of England graduate with a passion for technology. Jake supports our customers with technical support and new client onboarding, when he’s not in the Gym that is!

Nathanael is a tech enthusiast with 9+ years hospitality industry experience, so customer service is always at the forefront. Outside of work he enjoys exploring Bristol’s lively music scene, sports, and everything else the city offers.

Marcel Varga
Richard has a long experience in the Epos sector, spending 13 years running a service desk, and a further 3 years programming. At weekends you can find him down the beach attempting to surf.

With a love for numbers and organisation, Marina is the Operations Administrator at Kurve. When not at work she enjoys exploring Bristol’s coffee shops and a walk in the countryside.
