A Case Study For Kassia Group
The Kassia Group is a multi-site, multi-brand organisation operating cafés, bars, restaurants, and delis across Hampshire, including Kassia Group, Chandlers, and The Pacific. Known for its tapas bars and restaurants, the group is celebrated for an extensive cocktail list and modern dining with an innovative twist.


The Challenge
The Kassia group were undergoing a period of growth and needed to upgrade their EPoS system to accommodate the needs of their multi-site operation. Principally they needed remote managerial access to all of their venues, sales data, stock management and accounts packages.
From a hardware point of view, they required EPoS terminals that were fast, easy-to-use and reliable so their staff could focus their time on talking customers through their offering and providing that personal customer service and welcome that their customers expected.
From their EPoS software, they needed an intuitive system that offered intelligent upselling prompts to staff based on customers’ food and beverage orders as well as all-important allergen information.
