Our kiosk solution for restaurants with sit down service uses 10” tablets mounted in compact enclosures which are mounted either on a wall, on the table or can be displayed on a floor stand.
There is a choice here – your customer can either pay as they go with the integrated payment device, or they can add to a bill and you can settle the bill with a member of staff at the end as part of your customer engagement.
We know this style of service isn’t for everyone. What it can do is offer an ‘alternative’ option for customers that do actually want to order themselves. It’s a great engagement tool and the stats show that customers ordering themselves will typically order up to 25% more!
